New details regarding new Apex Legends character surface

New details have surfaced in respect to the new character, Octane.

Apex Legends’ popularity has been increasing day by day, and the game has spawned a community of dataminers and modders already. They have uncovered a lot of information in the past, leaking the details of two new Legends, Octane and Watson, and of new modes, vehicles and weapons as well.

The latest leaks have come regarding Octane, who will supposedly be released along with the battle pass this March. A Redditor by the name of Beartoots posted an image of Octane on Reddit. The Character Model looks in line with the leaks, which say that Octane will apparently have a stim injection.

Furthermore, there was another leak on Reddit which revealed the skill set for Octane:

Swift Mend (Passive)
While not taking damage, Octane restores health over time.

Adrenaline Junkie (Tactical)
Move 30% faster for 6 seconds. Costs 10% health. Immune to slows while active.

Launch Pad (Ultimate)
Deployable jump pad that catapults users through the air.

A third leak on Reddit showed a photograph of the actual artwork-in-progress for Octane. The photo has since been deleted. The comments on Reddit say that it had been taken by the roommate of someone who works at Respawn.

Apparently, all these leaks are legitimate. A source close to DailyEsports confirms the leak, while also providing them with the original artwork for Octane. The source also told DailyEsports that the battle pass for Apex will be released on March 12.

All these leaks have not been confirmed by either Respawn or EA. So, I would still take all of this with a grain of salt.
