DreamLeague Season 10 Playoffs day 1 Recap

The Final Tribe and Rooons are out, RNG and Tigers advance to Top 3 at DreamLeague Season 10.

The first minor of the 2018-19 season is underway. The playoffs started yesterday, and saw two teams being eliminated: The Final Tribe and Rooons. RNG and Tigers went on through the upper bracket to reach the Top 3.

The Final Tribe vs Vega Squadron:

The first match was a complete stomp. The Final Tribe completely crushed Vega, winning the match 29-4. However, second match saw Vega finally bounce back.  Madara’s Terrorblade went on a godlike streak, and wasn’t killed even a single time. Dendi performing amazingly on Tiny in the third match, wreaking Havoc across the map along with Kehzu’s Dark seer. Vega won the series 2-1.

Rooons vs Infamous:

The newcomers from North America had a really tough run this Minor. They were yet to win any match in the tournament. But Infamous weren’t taking any prisoners. The first game was a walk in the park for them, as Infamous closed the game in 30 minutes. The second game looked like it would be taken by Rooons. They had the lead for over 30 minutes, until Infamous made an amazing comeback and sent them packing. Infamous won the series 2-0.

Complexity Gaming vs RNG:

In the upper bracket, the first match was between Complexity gaming and Royal Never Give Up.  Complexity stomped the Chinese team with ease, winning the first match with a score of 37-13. The second and third match were a complete stomp for RNG. After destroying Complexity in second match with a score of 33-12 they took the game to the third match where their Huskar lineup destroyed Complexity with a score of 15-41. RNG won the series 2-1.

Tigers vs Na’Vi:

The second series in the upper bracket was between Tigers and Na’Vi. Tigers won the first match, with MoonS being unkillable on Pangolier. The second match saw Crystallize on Weaver, who proved pretty hard to kill. Na’vi took the series to a decisive game 3.

Game 3 was pretty even throughout until Ahjit’s Terrorblade came into play. With his help, Tigers went through Na’Vi’s defenses and won the series 2-1.
