Indonesia, are you ready?
ESL Clash of Nations is here!
An esports tournament is making its first appearance in Southeast Asia!
Witness the debut of an esports tournament focused in Arena of Valor, one of the hottest titles in mobile right now.
ESL Clash of Nations – Arena of Valor is a competition which will involve six of the best Arena of Valor (AoV) teams in Southeast Asia. The teams will have the Jakarta International Expo (JIE) over at Indonesia as their tournament stage for three days. From March 29 to March 31, these AoV contenders will fight for the US$50,000 prize pool and the prestigious title of the first ever Clash of Nations champions in all of Southeast Asia.
According to Senior Vice President of ESL Asia-Pacific Japan Nick Vanzetti, Clash of Nations is a world-class event brought to the Indonesian locals.
“Clash of Nations marks an exciting time for ESL in Indonesia. With the support shown for our National Championships, we’re thrilled to be able to bring a world-class event to local fans. Our goal is to create opportunities to compete at every level, and the Clash of Nations is the pinnacle of that journey for many competitors.”
For Indonesians, the Clash of Nations is not the only thing to look forward to, as happening on the same dates (March 29 and 30) is the ESL Indonesia Championship for Arena of Valor and Dota 2. Together with the ESL Clash of Nations, both events are reported to give away a total prize pool of US$150,000 for that specific weekend.
