Make 'em remember you...
Through this Rise music video parody.
YouTuber creates a low-cost version of Worlds 2018 music video 'Rise.'
League of Legends YouTuber and content creator JKMercury has created a funny masterpiece for all Summoners to enjoy – a low-budget version of the 'Rise' music video.
JK showed her creative side and turned ordinary house objects as a part of the music video – twigs, rocks, a knife, cotton balls, paper, an algebra book – you name it, she has used it in her parody.
JKMercury says it took her three months to create this comedic masterpiece, since it has been requested to her multiple times already by her followers.
Since 'Rise" features iconic League of Legends pro-players, part of the parody is JK's cosplay and impersonation of these esports celebs: Luka “Perkz” Perković, Jian “Uzi” Zi-Hao, and Lee “Faker” Sang-hyeok.
Prior to the low-budget 'Rise' music video is her tribute to 'Warriors,' the 2014 Worlds music video. This is JKMercury's most popular upload, garnering 980,000 views in just three months.
Prove yourself and RISE.
The song 'Rise' is originally performed by The Glitch Mob, Mako, and The Word Alive. In the opening ceremony of Worlds 2018, iKON's Bobby made a special appearance to the live performance of the video.
