The much awaited patch 7.20 has hit Dota 2, and oh boy does it make me feel things. The patch includes major reworks of numerous heroes as well as item changes, new items and bids adieu to Ring of Aquila. It is quite a lengthy patch, so we will be covering the most important changes.
The most important change:
Lets start with the most important change; Map Changes.
Jokes aside, one of the most important changes in the game has to be to the Deny Mechanics. Instead of gaining XP on deny, players will now gain 20% of the gold bounty by denying a creep. This makes it all the more important to deny creeps, especially for carries, more important than it was before.
There have also been changes to Neutral Creeps, as they will now grant more gold. Farming in general, has received a buff.
There have been certain mechanical changes as well. The most important being to Cleave Damage, which will now take into consideration the armor value. Also, various spells which earlier pierced spell immunity won't be able to do so now.
The memes have come true. Kaya and Sange, and Yasha and Kaya are officially items in the game now.

Ring of Tarrasque
Costs 700 gold. Grants +3.75 HP Regen and +150 Health. Upgrades into Heart of Tarrasque and Holy Locket
Passive. Causes all heals and hp regen you provide to be amplified by 25%
+4 All Stats, 450 Gold (available in side shop). Used in items that previously required Bracer, Wraith Band, and Null Talisman
The introduction of Crown has caused changes to various items that earlier required Bracer, Wraith Band and Null Talisman. Furthermore, these three items have no further upgrades.
Ring of Aquila
Various heroes have recieved reworks, other than the regular nerfs and buffs. Here are the most important ones.
Reworked Curse of Avernus. Passive. Slows the targets you attack by 10/15/20/25% for 4 seconds. If a target gets hit 4 times, they become cursed for 4 seconds and are silenced, slowed by 30/40/50/60% and all allied heroes that attack the target will receive a 40/60/80/100 AS boost.
Reworked Chilling Touch. It is now a passive autocast attack modifier. Cooldown: 15/11/7/3 seconds. Grants you bonus attack range and causes your attack to deal heavy magic damage that slows movement for a brief period. Damage: 50/85/120/155. Slow: 100% for 0.5 seconds. Attack Range Bonus: 60/120/180/240. Manacost: 30/50/70/90
ANTI-MAGE: ABILITY REWORK
- Removed Scepter upgrade
Replaced Spell Shield with Counterspell. Passively grants you 15/25/35/45% Magic Resistance and can be activated to provide a Counterspell shield for 1.4 second. Causes all spells that target you to be blocked and reflected onto the enemy. Cooldown: 15/11/7/3. Manacost: 40
Reworked Drunken Brawler. It is now a self active buff. Lasts for 5 seconds. Grants you 50/60/70/80% evasion and 80% chance to Crit for 200/220/240/260%. Movement speed alternates between -20% and +40% while this is active. Cooldown: 20/19/18/17. Manacost: 35/40/45/50
Replaced Drunken Haze with Cinder Brew. Covers a target 400 AoE with alcohol, slowing them by 25% and causes them to have a 20/25/30/35% chance to attack themselves instead of the target. Lasts 7 seconds. If the targets are hit by any fire based spells (including immolation from your Fire Spirit), the duration will refresh and they will ignite and burn for 10/25/40/55 DPS. Cooldown: 20/18/16/14. Manacost: 50. Self attack is not lethal.
Replaced Weave with Bad Juju. Passive ability. Grants you 30/40/50% Cooldown Reduction. Anytime you cast a spell, all enemies within a 1200 AoE around you lose 2/2.25/2.5 armor for 10 seconds. Debuffs stack and refresh duration. Doesn't affect Roshan
Added to Captain's Draft
Reworked Crippling Fear. It is now an activated 375 range aura that silences all enemies while they are nearby. Aura lasts 5/6/7/8 seconds (3 during day). No longer has a miss chance. Cooldown: 30/25/20/15. Manacost: 50
Replaced Darkness with Dark Ascension. Causes you to transform into a stronger flying creature that has +50/100/150 bonus damage and 900 unobstructed vision. Lasts for 30 seconds. Daytime is turned to night during this. Cooldown: 160/140/120. Manacost: 125/175/225
Multicast now affects targeted offensive items. Will cause the item to cast again at a different random enemy unit
Multicast no longer provides passive improvements to the base abilities
