Royal Never Give Up (RNG) has just been eliminated in the Worlds 2018 Quarterfinals

Quarterfinals season is here.

And the battle is just about to get more intense from here on out.

The first two team match-ups showed everyone how to RISE.
Scheduled for the first day of the Worlds were Royal Never Give Up vs G2 Esports and KT Rolster vs Invictus Gaming.

KT vs INV

  • GAME 1
The first few minutes were favorable for KT Rolster, as Score took two points as first blood. However, late game Invictus Gaming dominated a bloodbath near the Baron Nashor cave, which resulted in an ACE.

  • GAME 2
The slaughter continues as an unofficial ACE transpires early game, in favor of Invictus Gaming. IG again takes the score in game two, with only one step closer to close in the first match.

  • GAME 3
As IG drives KT to the edge, KT Rolster delivers an amazing round 3 as a race for the base happens. KT TheShy saves the day, destroying IG's Nexus first.

  • GAME 4
Top player KT Smeb presented awesome mechanics on a 1v2 match, Fiora against Camille and Kayle.

KT Rolster managed to give an interesting match, both teams tied up to 2-2.

  • GAME 5
Despite the overwhelming support for the Korean team, underdogs Invictus Gaming managed to eliminate KT Rolster, getting an ACE along the way. Invictus Gaming will be going to the Worlds 2018 semifinals.

RNG vs G2

  • GAME 1
G2 "lost peacefully" as RNG dominates game 1 of the Worlds 2018 Quarterfinals second match-up.

  • GAME 2
The Western team managed to bounce back near the end of the match, killing bot lane king Uzi, getting the Baron Nashor, and scoring an ACE. G2 is on fire!

  • GAME 3
Despite the First Blood by G2 Esports, RNG managed to win game 3 with just one win away from the semis.

  • GAME 4
Mid-laner G2 Perkz is quite unstoppable aa he delivers a team score of 6-0 in favor of G2. 23 minutes into the game, G2 has swept every RNG member, gaining an ACE.

  • GAME 5
Similar to the first match, both teams managed to get to a 2-2 tie. In this intense match, Uzi was taken down for first blood at the bot lane.

Once again, Perkz shows off his insane mid-lane performance using LeBlanc, which leads to G2's victory and RNG's loss from the quarterfinals.
